How much does it cost to post my properties on Banderas Bay Residences?
The cost of posting UNLIMITED property listings is $300.00 (USD)/ year(annually).

Limited Time Offer: Until March 6, 2009 the introductory rate for UNLIMITED postings for one year is $150.00 (USD).

Why should I pay to post my available real estate listings when there are free posting sites?
There are many free posting sites on the net - so why should you pay to be listed on Banderas Bay Residences? As they say - "you get what you pay for". That is not to say that some free sites don’t deliver leads but in the end all sites have costs to cover - so your posting could be buried in paid advertising or other clutter on the site. At Banderas Bay Residences we focus only on real estate and in a defined geographic area.

Visitors to our site likely have already visited the area and know they want to move or own a vacation home here. A more serious interest is a stronger lead for a real sale. We also do not include paid advertisers - so visitors see only your valid real estate postings making their visit more productive.

We have partnered with The Bucerias Guide so your postings will be accessible from that site as well.

We are sourcing more partners - all focused in the Bandares Bay area - and this will increase the exposure of your ads even further.

We focus on making our sites - and those of our partners - high in ranking on all the search engines. This increases the probability of more visitors to the site. Statistics show that most people open only the sites that rank in the first 1 - 4 pages of the search they requested.

Return on Investment - our fee is $300 per year or less than $1 per day. The commission on the sale of just one home will cover your cost for many years to come.

Our site is easy to use/navigate and the criteria we include on the properties makes it easy for our visitors to narrow down the properties they are interested in and reach you faster.

We are, and will always continue, upgrading and reviewing our features to ensure we offer the best blend of services and content with ease of search.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password at any time. After you have successfully signed in, there is a drop-down where you will find Agents/Agencies. Click on "Edit Profile" to be taken to your profile page where you can change your password.

After you click on the Change Password link, enter and confirm your new password.

How do I edit, delete, view my listing(s), or modify my contact information?

Log in selecting "Login" at the top right of the page or under the drop-down menu labeled "Agents/Agencies," selecting "login" and by entering your username and password. Click on "Click Here to Change Status".

What other websites will my listing appear on?
Your listings will appear on The Bucerias Guide, The La Cruz Guide, The Vallarta Guide where applicable. We are currently in the process of integrating our property listing guide with several other area related websites that will be posted here shortly.
